Solar Panels Recycling Line

The photovoltaic panel recycling market holds vast prospects, both now and in the future. With the rapid expansion of the global photovoltaic industry, a large number of early-installed solar panels are gradually entering the retirement stage. According to relevant data predictions, by 2030, the cumulative number of decommissioned solar panels worldwide is expected to reach several million tons. Recycling these panels can extract high-value materials such as silicon, silver, and aluminum, enabling resource recycling and reducing the dependence on raw resources for the manufacturing of new panels, thereby generating considerable economic benefits. By 2030, the value of recyclable materials from global solar panels will exceed $2.7 billion, and this figure is expected to accelerate in the coming years. It is projected that by 2050, the value of recyclable materials will approach $80 billion. II. Product Application The purpose of this project is to recycle discarded solar panels. After removing the frames, the machine will shatter the glass and extract it. The remaining photovoltaic components will be crushed to a size of 0.8-1mm. Through physical processes such as gravity, vibration, wind, and electrostatic attraction, metallic and non-metallic materials are separated. The final products are aluminum frames, junction boxes, glass, mixed silicon powder, metal powder, and plastic powder.
