High and low temperature chamber simulated high and low temperature environment, is widely used to determine the adaptability of electrical and electronic products for high and low temperature environment ( especially electrical and mechanical property change of products ), can also be used to check specimen corrosion tolerance abilities. Motor-driven cold tension test device is suitable for elongation test of polymer materials, wires and cables, rubber, plastics insulating sheath under conditions of 0 ~ -40 ℃/-60 ℃/-70 ℃, its structure and performance are in line with standard of GB/T2951-2008. Cold winding test device is generally applicable to the round insulating cores with outer diameter including 12.5mm and fan insulating cable cores which are unable to be prepared as dumbbell specimens. If the relevant cable products specified in the standard, the test should be carried out in big size insulated cores. Otherwise, the big size insulated core should be conducted cold tension test. Cold impact test device is applied for a variety of PVC sheathed cables, irrespective of the insulation types of insulated cores. If there are relevant provisions of cable product standards, it is also applied to polyethylene insulation of non-sheathed wires, cords and flat cords.
